All returns are subject to inspection. Damaged returns may result in store credit. Any return requests made after 10 business days from delivery date will not be refunded. We accept returns for all our unopened products (with the exception of the sampling kits and individual samples which are nonrefundable and final sale) parcel.
We can only accept returns if the protective sealing is fully intact and the product in perfect condition. We reserve the right to deny returns if the products show signs of opening and/or use.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Floraaiku warehouse. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at your own expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 10 days upon the return of the product to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or custom taxes will not be refunded, neither will shipping costs.
Please note that we don't accept returns at physical Floraiku point of sales for products that have been purchased on Floraiku Site. Exchanges are not available. To request a return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
