Not yet fallen in love? We accept returns

All returns are subject to inspection. Damaged returns may result in store credit. Any return request made more than 10 business days after the delivery date will not be refunded. We accept returns on all unopened products, with the exception of sampling kits and individual samples, which are nonrefundable and final sale.

We can only accept returns if the protective sealing is fully intact and the product is in perfect condition. We reserve the right to deny returns if the products show signs of opening and/or use.

You are responsible for shipping returned items back to the Floraïku Paris US warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be compensated, and return shipping charges are at your own expense. Refunds for returned merchandise are issued within 10 days of receiving the product, to the original purchaser's credit card. Please note that additional duties and/or customs taxes are not refunded, nor are shipping costs.
